Plan –

Again if you want your next day to be hassle free prepare ahead of time! Be specific about your goals and your to-dos for the next day well in advance before you go off to sleep. It is one of the most important habits amongst successful people. The key to success is to build upon your hard work every day, bit by bit. Planning is essential for the same. It gives you clarity of thought as well as action. So go ahead and take charge!

Read –

Probably the most common solution to a stress-free routine is to read and transport yourself to a whole new universe. Irrespective of your issues and problems when you begin to read you forget about your own life and start taking interest in someone else’s. Stretch –

Meditate –

A good sleep even if you do not get adequate hours – it will help you feel like you have slept like a baby, a Zen-like peacefulness to look at your life more objectively yet positively, more confidence, peace of mind, better decision-making abilities, more head-space to realize the fullness of your wholesome life, maneuvering your subconscious mind to remain peaceful, a great mental desktop to understand your feelings and emotions. Skincare –

Most of us have really busy schedule such that we are unable to give time to our bodies! One such fatally injured habit is the lack of proper skincare. Night time can help you find a few minutes to adapt to some simple, age-old rituals of good skincare such that you look your best and utmost fresh the next day when you wake up! One of the best ways is to look in the mirror and say, “I look so beautiful/ handsome. How can I look so good? I love myself. I’m getting younger and healthier each day.” Do this and check your energy level the next day.

Journal –

Be in touch with your inner thoughts and write them down. The moment you do that you shall feel emotionally and mentally lighter. Especially if you are the kind who takes longer than usual to open up to even your closet pals, this method is amazing. It helps you be in touch with the little things that perturb you on a daily basis and helps you deal with your emotions therewith. If nothing, try and write down things that make you feel thankful. Make your private journal a gratitude journal to let positivity breeze into your life, and you shall wake up with the same feeling of happiness and gratefulness!
